#29B With 12x12 Perfs

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased a copy of #29b, 15c large queen, red lilac, with a perf measure of 12x12. Unitrade only lists 11.5x12. I checked and double checked the measurement. Would be interested in knowing people's thoughts on this.

Hi

The 29b is almost always in 12 x 12 perf. It is the 29a, in various printings from 1874 - 79, that can be found in compound perf.

Ahh, I see now. I missed the 'Perf 12' in the header at the beginning of the large queen section. 11.5 x 12 is the variety. Thanks for clearing this up for me.

Is it the 11.94 x 11.94 or 12 x 12 gauge perforations?
