I have no clue about foreign stamps. Any value before I donate them to my local stamp library?

Maybe not great monetary value but some interesting bits and pieces nevertheless. Mostly cut-outs from postal stationery and the odd revenue stamp or two.

I would agree with David,
a few pieces there I find interesting,
I would have paid $5 -$8 at local auction.

Well you can have them for free if you want. Only paid $30 for the lot and got about $1500 in US stamps with it, so I'm happy.
