Looking for some basic information on this cancel from Hobart, Tasmania, such as...

Is this a machine cancel or a hand cancel or a roller cancel?

Is this a parcel post cancel or used on letters?

Thanks,
Linus

Opinion:
Roller cancel used on parcels.
Caveat: No past information on Tasmanian articles, but similar Pmks on Sydney (NSW) material.

Update: Found one on HOBART & LAUNCESTON (Tasmania) parcel Post.........
