Anyone Familiar With Mexico Stamps?

Found a Small Booklet with some Assorted Mexico Stamps, Anyone Know if there is anything Special in it?

Sorry, there seems to be nothing special, all relatively common stamps. The most interesting are the 10 centavo numeral stamp (probably 1890) and the 10 centavo special delivery stamp (probably from 1934 as it seems to have the imprint "Officina Impresora de Hacienda" at the bottom of the stamp). These are stamps 1&3 in the top row.

Souvenir booklets and sheets were produced by many people in many countries for the tourist trade. They would typically be a group of cheap but colorful stamps and sold cheaply, too. So don't expect anything valuable to be in them. Very old Japanese tourist sheets contained a mix of cheap genuine stamps and forgeries of the classics.

Perhaps the only good ones were stock book-like souvenir booklets, often with brocade covers, from mainland China in the 1960s and 1970s. Those contained often expensive stamps today, but were cheap then. They could include reprints that were once dirt cheap but are worth a few dollars today.
