Here are two from Japan's Third Showa definitive series (1945-6). The 3 sen value (Sc #352) was issued on August 31, 1945, and the 5 sen stamp (Sc #345) was issued on July, 1, 1945.

Helios, the personification of the sun

Helios (Roman: Sol) is a personification of the sun. He was imagined as a handsome god crowned with the shining aureole of the sun, who drove the chariot of the sun across the sky each day to earth-circling Oceanus and through the world-ocean returned to the East at night.

On Decembe 6, 1933 Sweden issued this 5 ore stamp (Facit #239A) to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the country's Postal Savings Bank.
