Wondering about your thoughts on a 37 (P11.9) PD at lower left. Do you see a 12 or a 21 in the circle?

Some interesting blobs and scratches, as well. Kind of a neat stamp.

Chris

This looks to be a re-entry. Particularly noticeable in the oval around the queen at the bottom.

I was trying to be witty with the blobs and scratches comment - fail! Yes, I think it is an interesting re-entry as well. Was going to send a copy to Ralph at re-entries.com Thanks!

The right-turned top of the second number could be a six, not a one.

Looks like a 2R12 with two dots of ink superimposed on the cancel. I too see a minor re-entry at edge of vignette oval.

The last digit could be a zero? 20 or 26 I think.

I read the cancel as "21" (upside down), Goderich.

The reentry is most noticeable in the LL 3. I see a 2R21 Goderich which is an RF3 but I get the 12 also which is St Catharines RF2. I marked the reentry as I see it.
