I think it is like the soft porous paper used on the U S Banknote series. I am interested in how you changed the light/colors in your image posting, was it the same image transformed by a program? Thanks

It's on Bothwell paper, without watermark.

I agree with archerg. I think it is Bothwell paper and I would check for a watermark because they are sometimes difficult to see, especially from a scan.

Things to look for are:

1. Poor perforations. See how ragged the perfs are? This is common on Bothwell paper.

2. The design is quite clear and sharp without any fuzziness.

3. The obvious giveaway is the vertical weave seen in the first back scan. You can see a vertical shaped diamond pattern on the paper.
