Hi all - does anyone know if there are position dots (or guide dot, or plate dots - what is the correct term?) on Scott 41s?

While I am sorting, can I 'assume' that a lower left PD on a P12 3 cent SQ means it is a Scott 37?

Thanks - Chris

What little I know of the Small Queens:

Here is a link to the different plates of the 3c Small Queen.

So yes, the 37 has Guide Dots on stamps from Column 2-10 on the sheet but Column 1 has no Guide Dot. There is a possible Guide Dot on the 41 but usually from positioning of the Imprint or other Plate markings.
