Germany 1923 Postmark Identification

I need a second opinion about this postmark stamp block.
These stamps Mi # 319 / Sc # 287 were issued on October 28, November 1, 1923.
The postmark is dated January 19, 1923.
The first opinion I received was that the postmark looks genuine (possibly the lack of the number 1 in the area of the month)
I am waiting for your opinion. Thank you

I agree with cupram, the digits divide up as:
19 1 23 8-9V
The V being vormittag, before noon.

My question was if the postmark is genuine or fake?
For me it's very clear that is 19.1.23.

My guess is that the postmark is fake, since the stamp was issued in October, or November of 1923. It would be a person who knew that hyperinflation occurred in 1923, but who did not know when these stamps were issued.

Yes, I believe it is a back dated cancel and back dated incorrectly.

I note that after the Month numeral, there appears a period (dot) on each hammer impression.
