Hello all Stamp Masters,

I saw these two stamps and was stumped:
I cannot find them in Scott Catalogue and I also could not find anything online on them yet.

Can you identify them? Which time period? What were they used for? Are they in any way special?

Thanks!

If I have this correct,
Revenues : Tax 1898 - 1909 Shinyu Ishi
High values bi colour, and the 10 yen.
Set of 13

The 50 sen to 5 yen, Corner vignettes, are fans "Uchiwa"

10 Yen is Takenouchi no Sekune, First Prime minister in Japanese History.
(His visage appears on a similar Registration Stamp)
