Back on Dec 14 I sold 2 items and they guy has not paid. A few days ago (possibly the 29th) I sent out what I thought was a second invoice. Yesterday it dawned on me that it was beyond my 14 day limit and I went to report non-payment and I found ebay is inexplicably listing the sales date as Dec 29 not Dec 14 and thus I can not report non-payment.
