I have a part sheet of 50 of US O37 but have no idea of the value. I have seen them advertised anywhere from 25 cents upward. These are mint, NH and have original gum. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Does it matter if some of the overprints are shifted slightly?

2019 Scott Specialty value for MNH is $0.30 each. A very common US Philippines issue. Centering of overprint does not really matter.

My specialty is Hawaii, not US Phil so not sure is there are any minor overprint errors or oddities to look for, but I have not seen any.
