Scott 2714 Baby Wildlife Definitives, Tagging Question.

Happy New Year everyone.
I have two gutter strip of 4 for canadian stamp #2714 with different tagging, see photo attached to compare. Anyone have an explanation for this? There are two types of gutter strip for this stamp, 2714i from 2014 with inscription on backing paper and 2714iv from 2016 with inscription and counting number on backing paper. The two stripes of 4 in my possession have nothing on the backing paper, my two stripes were cut between this information and I cannot differentiate them.
Aside from the blue that seems deeper on one of the stripes, was the tagging different for these two issues?

If you are referring to the white "box" just inside the design, I have seen this on other stamps in the series, with the "P" Beaver having the most variations on this box. I have no idea what causes it though.
