Strip Of 3 SC 834 $5 Prexie On Military Package Wrapper

Can someone help me with a potential value on this piece:





I have other similar fragments of package wrappers from Naval Centers in Hawaii or the Phillipines to the same depot in Oakland, CA. That is, assuming I am reading the Naval Station codes properly. 3002 is Phillipines and 128 is Hawaii.

I hope the pen cancel of the stamps doesn't hurt the value

Sadly, someone just tore this piece off of a wrapper which reduces the value as a piece of postal history - had they been on the full wrapper that would have enhanced their value. And, this being from a rear echelon supply office to an even more rear echelon supply office suring peacetime that hurts the value. And finally, used 834s in nice condition with a nice postal cancellations can easily be had on ebay for about $1. The three 834s on this piece were cancelled by a clerk who couldn't bother finding a cancel device and used some kind of pen or crayon which hurts their value to the point that this would be hard to sell.
