Hi guys
Might have a completely new variety on the Scott 427 "Newfoundland" flower stamp...Have TWO of the same obvious variety...Have not looked through all my 427's yet though....Hope some one has another one or two.

Line through the stamen on both stamps at POS.41
Robert

Victory line, in honor of the Nefl'd regiments. Have to check a few of my bottom left corner blocks when I get home. Good eye Robert. Do you think it is consistent?

Mike

That's what I am trying to verify Mike..I found two...Hoping other collectors have the same oddity/variety...If anyone has this new print oddity. then we can assume it could become a constant variety...
Keep looking for me guys.

Robert
And one more oddity to recognize..."branch" on stamen...POS.47

Wert, I have complete sheets of all panes except the Lower right.

Neither the scratch nor the line on stamen was present on the UL, UR, LL panes.

Could be only on the Lower right panes.
