Can anyone with a 2018-2020 Scott Volume 5 (N-Sam) help me out?

I received a note from a user of my website that my Scott numbers for this set -- Hitler Head Overprints of German Ostland -- are incorrect. I found an earlier thread here which indicated that the catalog numbers changed in 2018.

Can someone with a recent Scott catalog look these up and give me an update? I think they just shifted from Russia N9-N29 to Russia N21-N41, but I need to verify, and I'm not spending good money on new Scott volumes.
