Indore 1941: 1 Anna Green - Fake Or Redrawn Type?

I found the following stamp in a very old album (thus the hinge stain). It appears to be SG 38, but it's smaller and the drawing is rather cruder than the other example I have, which I think is very good. It's a low value stamp, so I find the idea that someone would produce a fake version rather unlikely. Anyway, does anyone know if it's a fake or whether the stamp was officially issued with a redrawn design?

Your first stamp is SG38, the second is SG18. Both appear genuine to me.
