I read all the discussions in the SCF about this stamp.
You can help me with this overprint / cancel / pre-cancel?
The watermark is type "d", so I assume it is Sc # 14.
The stamp has no gum.

Very small letters;never seen before..Town cancels are bigger generally.Could be
a ship (vapor) cancel of some type ?.Or (Foreign ships name)?
