Nice Image, what do we call that building?

I'll still defy anyone finding another image of that stamp on the internet.
It still remains a bit of an enigma really.

That's 2 on SCF, the other the 1949 US Fire Prevention cinderella.

The OP should change the title of his post to "Iraq stamp local revenue Basra" or something like that. That way it will be easier to find months or years later.
Google already knows for members on scf that have looked Under Iraq for this stamp; the stamp in this thread will be seen in images on their screen….It is not the same for an outside person looking for this stamp in the future.

there are similar topic about these stamps I read before in some arabic stamps forum
I don't know how to explain it in English I feel stupid now,but those stamps were stamped on casino tickets as a tax or something not sure for the government ,and each related to major iraq cities like Baghdad and basra like this one
