Please take this kindly, but for future reference, please take the time to provide the images in a format which doesn't require the viewer to have to twist their head at odd angles to try to determine what you are showing.

It would be greatly appreciated.

Rod, this one seems to cross boundaries. The Souvenir Card Collectors Society lists it as Postal Service forerunner card: http://www.souvenircards.org/gallery/FPS/fps.html
