I am having difficulty locating a Scott catalog number for design A12a under Togo but surcharged in red:
Oeuvres 50+4'50. (Hard to read value) Colonial
With the value 2'50 in the left upper corner barred out in red
Any help would be appreciated. And please don't ask me to post an image. If I knew how to, I would have done it already and spared myself, and you, the text.
