Seller Does Not Ship To NE

'NE' is abbreviation for Nebraska, has been for decades. Yesterday I made a small purchase from a vendor in Iowa and when trying to pay I got a message to either change my address or contact the seller for an invoice.

I did that and was able to complete. Now I wonder if this is some glitch that is going to keep coming back. ebay's program may not recognize the 'NE' as part of a valid US address. Anyone else have such an issue?

Heehaw, Same like me. I am in Canada. I buy, payed, ok. Receive answer: Sorry we can not perform the transaction because you are not on the list of previous Canadians buyers. We work for this issue.

No PO box address, street address. This was a non philatelic purchase of an item under $10 from a vendor in Sioux City Ia. I live in Omaha.

Probably no need to dwell on it, just a glitch. It just seemed interesting.
