Does anyone have a Catalog Value (Michel, Yvert, etc) for Lebanon's 1946 Arab Postal Congress Airmail Imperf Minisheet? It is not listed in my Scott catalogs. It has a horizontal layout. Is there any info in your catalog on this minisheet?
Thank you, Rogdcam! I have an opportunity to get one for about 100GBP and didn't know how reasonable that would be. Seems more than reasonable with this info. I know it is scarce - I don't recall having seen one in the past. At least I had not ever taken notice of it. Now I will, I suppose.
