I wanted to know if it is a both-side and the numbering of the specialized Scott catalog, because I don't have it and if it has a value.

No value, not a 'stamp printed on back', it is a damaged stamp with normal 'setoff'. See explanation on this page http://stampsmarter.com/learning/Ma...methods.html

Indeed it has not much value but it's a scarce stamp with the print on the back.

It is not printed on back, it is setoff (picked up wet ink from sheet underneath).

Although "setoff" is a fairly recent term to describe this phenomenon, you will not find it in the catalog. You will find the term "offset", which has been used for many decades to describe this effect. However, there is also a printing method called offset, so to avoid confusion some use setoff instead.

Setoff on this issue is more common;y seen than on other values for some reason.
