I noticed this overprint on a Canal Zone stamp I got today, and thought it looked interesting.

I assume it is supposed to say "GUATEMALA," but I don't know what it is from. I was a little curious as I haven't found anything on the Internet about it. Any ideas?

It may not be an overprint but part of a receiving postmark.
