Hi, Eduardo, welcome to the forum. I know a little bit about Ceuta, because I have been there. I was on a coach tour many years ago, which took us through Belgium, France, Spain and Morocco, and we took a ferry across the Straits of Gibraltar, from Algeciras, so I know that politically, Ceuta is in Spain, but geographically it is in Africa.
Please, I've two questions: --I'd like to receive information about two Arizona 4-bar postmarks. --I'd like to place an add to exchange postcards of certain US states and cities.
