All Stamp Smarter database searches use 'contains' as the search query. Because the cancel data were entered incorrectly with 'Smokey The Bear' a search on 'Smokey Bear' will not return anything; this is why I said in my first post to search on 'smokey'.
But you will find several Smokey cancels like yours ranging over a period of years. Don
