I think your Cinderella is from after the first world war. I am fairly sure the slogan is "France! do not use any products of Germany. Remember 1914" (Rappellez is the word I am unsure of.) But during a war the import export trade would cease so the exhortation would be pointless. It is France being asked so it isn't a propoganda cinderella for use in Neutral countries such as Switzerland.
