Help Identify New Zealand #184 Peculiar Cancellation

I came across this copy of New Zealand stamp Scott's #184 and noticed it had a somewhat unusual cancellation...



The cancel seems to be a large "OH." or perhaps "OR." inside a larger circular bit.

Can anyone provide more information on this cancellation?

These are known as Packet mail or second class mail oblitérations.
Different letters inside.Ring with or without outside dots.No date.
Need a specialized list for the post office letters..

Thx Perf12 and Rod22. It's the only cancel like that I have so don't think I will spring for the catalogue. However, thanks for the info. At least I know what type of cancel it is, and, lots of possibilities for the postal station
