I found this in a recent purchase. Have no idea what it is, though probably a Cinderella. Google translate told me a little, but not everything. Any help?

Thanks. You had to look pretty hard to find that one. Mine does not have any gum, but is a shiny paper, and un-perforated. Neat!

But the "rooster stamp" reproduced on them does not actually exist
