The lower blade of the prop. differs, possibly differing machine slug.
I say slogan cancel cut from a cover or piece of paper and applied as a label to the back of another cover, as the top and bottom edge is far from straight. Appears scissor cut.
The Denver example is from the Universal machine, with the year date among the 3 central slugs. The International machines have the year date arced at the very bottom of the dial.
