Stamp grading usually revolves around condition (of course), centering, perforation condition things like that.
Here's a web site by Mystic Stamp with some grading guidelines.
Your stamps come from the 1922-25 regular issue, about half way down the links

Our submitter wants to know something like "fine .. very fine .. good ... etc.

The Scott Standard Postage Stamp Catalogues also explain condition in the beginning pages of the catalog.

I just look for the best condition I can afford based on the basic criteria noted by jamesw - centering, color, perforations, clarity, type of cancellation (blotchy, heavy, light, etc.)

The1.5, 3, and 10 look to be "fine" or a grade of 50-70. The 2 and 9 are a bit nicer - "fine-very-fine" or about a 75. These stamps easy to come by in higher grades for pennies, but they are usually not sold individually.
