Is there a small mark under the nose that might be a trace of cancellation. I don't recall seeing it before but might be a plate flaw I am unaware of. Tough to tell from this image.

Is that a frame line re-entry on the left side? Sure looks like it to me...

The vertical line and dot left center are guide line and guide dot used to layout the stamp positions on the plate.

Actually this stamp is a mint 13. Not used. I did not describe it properly. I am posting it because I sold it to someone in 1995 for way too cheap (I was taken advantage of - my own stupidity and being new to the hobby) and I am wondering where it is now. If anyone know its whereabouts it would be interesting to know where it ended up as I have not seen it at auctions since 1995 and it did not show up in the SAN database or Seigel Power Search. Any help appreciated.

Thanks for the info Mike. Just below that on the left side, is that also part of the guide?

Yes the line lower left is a part of the guide line. There may also be short portion of it upper left as well.
