The first label reads "7th youth stamp exhibition – Schwerin 1982." In 1982, Schwerin was in the German Democratic Republic, now Germany.
The three towns on the second label are situated on the Baltic island of Rügen, also in East Germany. It probably dates from the GDR (DDR) period as well. |

The two of them are not stamps, but cincerellas. You won't find them on any stamp catalog. |

These are labels between two stamps. This was a very frequent sheet arrangement with East German (DDR) stamps.
The second label shows a short train route between three towns. It was printed between two "train" stamps (Michel 2630 and 2632), or Scott # 2206 of July 21, 1981. |

Thank you vayolene, that is very interesting. Always learning. I guess it is just a regional nomenclature thing, The charity component within the franking remains the same. Thank you for the images.
