So I have this stamp im trying to ID. All I have is standard Scott catalogue.... Questions -

I don't much about revenue stamps - are they their own specialized catalogue? I don't see this in my Scott catalogue or in the 1840-1940 Specialized Catalogue.

Can anyone ID this ?

I see on HipStamp 1 identical as "India Fiscal 1A REV. K&M T 41 99338". What is K&M, etc.?

Tks much
