An Italian Mystery...italy, Sardinia Or Fake?

I'm having a hard time placing this pair. I'm not sure if its Scott #20 from Italy or Scott #13 from Sardinia. The Italian postmark from Torino (Turin) leads me to believe Italy, but the Italian stamp should have 11.5 X 12 perfs and these are imperf. If the stamps originated from Sardinia with Scott #13 being imperf, why does it have a Torino postmark...I can't find a Torino in Sardinia. Any help with the identification would be appreciated.

On march 17, 1861 the Kingdom of Sardinia was changed to the Kingdom of Italy. The 40 cent King Victor Emmanuel was issued through 1863.

Very nice pair.To bad the right stamp is faulty.It looks like the 1862 printing.Late usage of Sardinia.
The cds is 'Torino Siccursale'.
