Is it possible for these stamps to be Buenos Aires Scott A and A3. They look to be mint. Or are they just replicas? How can I determine?

if you ask a question it may make you look stupid for 5 minutes – but if you don't ask – you may stay stupid for fifty years, so always ask questions in your life".

Yes, it's impossible for the genuine to have those margins. I have genuine examples in my collection on http://billsey.seymourfamily.com under Argentina. Click on the stamp from a page and it will open a larger scan.

I just got the Finland pages up, had to wait for really odd sized mounts for that booklet pane page at the end. Sweden is next, then I really need to get back and finish scanning some of the partial collections.
