Cannot locate this Greek stamp in Scotts.

Boulderite,

The trick is to find the Scott Greek listing for the stamp without the overprint.

Check for notes below the Greek set you find it in.

There you will find references for similar stamps including overprints.
The last one in my Scott says Thrace 22-30, N26-N75.

This will save you a lot of time scanning all of the listings.
