Please Help Identify This FDC Cachet - Australian, 1960-S Maybe?

I have this cachet from the front of an illustrated FDC, but I have no information about it. It is most likely Australian but I don't know if it is privately made or issued by the post office, or indeed what was its period of use.
Can anyone help with some information please!

It's a Van Dahl Publishing Company (Oregon, USA) general purpose cachet used on many issues. I just did a ebay search on "Dahl FDC" and received 34 hits.

Thank you everyone for your comments and for "solving" it. The cachet was in a box of Australian covers, hence my assumption, but it was a poor guess on my part.
I should have twigged to it ... the globe has a picture of north america front and centre, not Australia. Now that I know who made the cover I find, just as Glenn Estus did, that it pops up everywhere if you know what to search for.
