I have found a 2009 61¢ Wedding Cake stamp that is miscut. Centrally at both the top and bottom of the stamp there is a skip in the serpentine pattern. Furthermore, the stamp is approximately 1mm wider than normal.

Perhaps the origin could be explained by the 2014 Purple Heart stamp with similar characteristics. See thread titled Purple Heart Perf Error

Good luck to anyone seeking additional copies of this 2009 flaw. My specimen was canceled in 2012.
