Luff's "United States Postal Slogan Cancel Catalog", 2nd ed, 1975 notes this slogan was used 1962-74 in various cities and assigns the (then) minimum value of 0.05 on a full cover. Thus extremely common, no premium value. Full cancel cropped from an envelope:

I never knew a catalog existed for slogans...

Another avenue to collect...and should be inexpensive.

So to the original poster you may want to go down that route to collect, it could be fun and challenging and I assume inexpensive as well.
