No one appears to know about this sheet.
I placed a query in the Ottoman and Near east Philatelic Bulletin, for Identification
No one replied.
I have one, I think I paid around $40 $63.
I have seen them sold for up to $180
Not Listed in Isfila (Not sure about latest edition)

I paid $85 Australian Dollars, after conversion,
The sheet I was outbid on, 1 week before, sold for $265 Australian Dollars.

Last week I ordered the 2018 Isfila Catalogue from Turkey to Switzerland, when I find the Block in the book, I will give you a information.

I do not wish to disappoint you, but it may not be listed in standard Isfila.
Apparently Isfila has a "specialised" catalogue.
(I am still not comfortable with all the Isfila Library as yet)

I asked in some forums and found that out: -Den "Block" hatte ich auch mal. Rätselraten.
Aber dann: ist leider nur eine Fälschung (PHantasieprodukt) zum Schaden der Sammler.- means: I also had the "block" once. Guesswork. But then: is unfortunately only a fake (fantasy product) to the detriment of the collectors.
and there are some faughts: Türkiye Gümhuriyeti, should be: Türkiye Cumhuriyeti and Fiyati should be Fiyat#305;

of course, these things do go through your mind, when Identification is difficult. The corollory being, if the experts have not listed it, caution!

Hope springs eternal, I'd like to get a second opinion one day, from someone whom has a "specialised" Isfila.
The incorrect spellings, do seem like a disaster though.
