In terms of your Seebek remark. Is that in relation to the mutilated stationary peiuce you are showing or geared towards the stationaries I was showing ?
Dieter, Mr. Seebeck had an authority to print a whole lot of South American stationery, It is a long (but interesting story)
My suggestion relates to the stationery you showed and date of production, it may have been original, or perhaps a reprint issue years later. All that is beyond my knowledge. You just need to be aware of the possibility.
