Thank you hornet785. I haven't bought the stamp yet and I can't post it at a better resolution. I think it's a point down right from A in the Standehaus. Could it be PF VIII? There is no picture in Michel. Multumesc si "O zi buna" |

Hi cupram, Here is one of my PF VIII, depending of the inking it can be faint to very present (Dot). Looks like it :) sure the resolution is not at best. Hope the white line is not a tear. Hornet |

Hi Hornet, Thank you for the advice ; I bought the stamp. If it is the PF VIII variety, I will have 2 stamps with plate flaw out of the 11 mentioned in the catalog. I also ordered a Berlin (West) stamp from the same seller, which I think is Mi 37 II. cupram |

The stamp is Mi # 37, 1949, Berlin West. It is plate flaw II - white spot on the left outside of the collar under the chin - which appears in field 97 |

The two Mi 115 stamps show the same error; is it plate flaw III? - heller Fleck links der grosser "6" = bright spot on the left of the big "6" |

Hi Hornet785 Thank you for the confirmation. A seller has 3 MNH lots with Mi 113-115 and two of the lots contain this plate flaw stamp. The auction is for 10 E, but with my bad luck lately, I'm afraid that I won't receive the lot with the stamp without plate flaw. (the seller did not describe the plate flaw in the title - so I have no reason to refuse the stamps) Do you have this plate flaw in your collection? |

Hi cupram,
No I do not have this PLF.
The stamps above are not the same so look the description to confirm it is not a generic image but the stamps you will receive if you buy. Good luck.

Official stamp of the German Democratic Republic, Scott O11/Michel 11. Dirty printing - there are splashes of ink in the upper letters and in the edges of the stamp - obviously there are print flaws. A white spot appears in the network of points; is it mentioned as plate flaw? |

Not sure if this qualifies for "flyspecker". No magnifier required! This is Soviet Occupation issue Michel 230 PF I - sitting man with white streak across back. Compare with the normal stamp on the left. |
