Hawaii Scott #4 states HI & US Postage at the top. This was an updated version of Scott #3 that only states Hawaiian Postage. The change was made to make it clear that the 13cents covers both the US and Hawaii postage. This was pre-UPU and under country specific treaty.

Are there any other stamps that list two countries on the stamp? I do not have the answer, but thought I would see if it started a conversation.

In 1995 Liechtenstein and Switzerland issued a single joint issue stamp valid for use in both countries - Liechtenstein SG 1106 & Switzerland SG 1308.

Thank you both for replies. The joint issues would have been valid to post mail in either country. The Hawaii example would have only been valid to post in Hawaii. They could not originate in the US. Makes them a little different. I know that is not how I wrote the question. Fail on my part. I should have also said what other country issues stamps in this manner. As Rod222 points out, Hawaii issued 2 more stamps and a manuscript overprint.

Thank you both for being up to the challenge.

Kurt

Similarly, the stamps of Heligoland were denominated in both British and German currencies from 1875 to 1890. But neither the United Kingdom nor the German Empire is otherwise mentioned on the stamps, unless you count the image of Queen Victoria that is on most of them.
