Scott Bk69 Cover - First Slip Print I Have Seen On This Cover.

I have many Scott BK69 covers, but this one is a strong SLIP PRINT on this cover...First is a picture off Ralph's re-entries.com web site.
Then I have posted a comparison with regular BK69 covers.

This is the first I have came across this variety..Other same variety posts welcome...Want to know how rare it might be.
