Subcool: welcome to the Forum (6th post) and thanks for your question. The difference between Angola #175 and #211 (Scott numbers) is in the style of the Republica overprint. What you're showing is #211. Note the serifs on bottom and top of the letters, particularly the R, E, and P, but also all letters.
The Republica overprint on #175, and others, does not have these serifs. Those letters are block letters. If you have a Scott catalog handy, both overprint styles are illustrated. The fancy overprint, referred to as 'b', is illustrated both with the 1911 and 1915 issue overprints. The style with block letters; 'c'; is illustrated for the 1912 issue. Hope this helps.
Thank you sir. I have the 2007 Scott Catalog and was having a difficult time since postings on several websites show the same stamp for !75 and 211. Thanks for the clarification.
