Hi,

The first stamp is from Manchukuo from 1943, SG 147.

The other one is a postal tax stamp from Turkey from 1927, SG T1055.

The 1st stamp is from Manchukuo (Manchuria) issued 1943 SG 147

The 2nd stamp is a Turkish Obligatory Tax stamp issued 1927. SG T1055

The central figure at the top of the stamp on the left is a stylized orchid, which is the key to identifying this as a stamp of Manchukuo.
