Yvert lists four values with this overprint, issued in June 1892. The 2c and 4c aren't among them.

The 2 overprints are identical forgeries. Most of these originated from Nouméa.Many were made by postal workers at the time and put into the philatelic market by different intermediaries. The cancels look genuine. The cancel with 'AFFRANCHISEMENTS' above is a scarce type.
So we can say the genuine stamp has a forged overprint with a genuine cancel!
Below the forgery (1st) and 3 different genuine types below it.
In the genuine, the last 'E' is more squarish. The two small 'll 'above with the = below is not conform in the forgery.
There exists in rarer genuine overprints: the final 'E' that is broken.

Lot no.863 for the subsequent un-issed stamps & lot no.864 for the
broken 'E' type.
