The items are US Postal Stationery overprinted for use by US personnel in Cuba in 1899 (US Possession at that time).
ebay won't allow them to be listed even though they were NOT produced by Cuba and NOT from the Castro era.
Trying to sell an item on ebay with "Cuba" in the title is a quick trip to a permanent suspension (okay, you get one warning).
I can't list on THIS site since I don't have 50 posts.

I know about Stamps2Go.
Are there any other sites?

ebay is one, just do not use the word "Cuba". Also Hipstamp is OK

I've used "Spanish Antilles" or "Central America". People find them.

I collect Cuba and "Spanish Antilles" seems to work best on ebay. Like Geoff says, they do get discovered.

Anything you're looking for, RK? I have lots of duplicates (not the rarer stuff, sadly).

I just did a search for Cuba under the stamps heading on ebay and received '1,251 results for cuba'. Some lots just say Cuba while others list them as '1Cuba' or '4Cuba.' Give that a try.

"Quba" is another workaround that I've seen.
